This review is for the 22 Pine Street location. Overall this office is unorganized and doesn't seem to place a sense of urgency on patient care. I will not have my exam there as I do not trust that they would communicate the correct test results to my dr.
My referring Dr was trying to get me an appt for cardiology but it took 3 weeks due to poor communication by this group (I'm also pregnant so you would think this would an urgent matter).
I arrived at my appt in the morning (5 mins early) and the office was closed. When the staff arrived they had my wrong name in their system, wrong insurance information and phone number. They blamed it on my referring doctor saying they didn't fax the right paperwork. That's impossible as my referring doctor has had my updated info for the past 3 years.
I will say the woman at the front desk was apologetic about the situation, but it was extremely difficult to get answers over the phone and they clearly are very unorganized.
They billed my insurance as an urgent appointment requiring a co-pay instead of a physical which has no co-pay. Called many times and was told I will get a call back to fix the matter which never happened! Instead they sent me to collections for non payment! They did the same to my wife. I'm starting to think they are fraudulently billing insurances for a higher amount. To top it off their new doctor we saw refuses to prescribe most meds and just gives referrals, additionally I felt my physical was incomplete and the doctor wasn't familiar with my chronic condition. If you have good insurance don't bother with these subpar physicians.
