This is by far the worst store for customer service I have ever experienced. My fiancé and I went in looking to sign up new service (For myself) and upgrade his existing line of service to a new plan. This has been a two day process and now a corporate office/manager has been brought into the situation to resolve the issues. They lied about the services that Sprint offers and charged both of us much more than the cost of the actual device. I contacted customer service after leaving the store and was informed that the charges and the information given to us while in this store was all wrong. Deonte? Nevin? and the store manager Ronald H were completely unprofessional. I had no choice but to take my 3 year old son into the store with me to handle the situation the following morning, and the yelling that came from all three of these men was VERY inappropriate to do to anyone, let alone when a child is present. In the end-All we wanted was to sign a contract with Sprint, get out new Iphones, and sign up for the $50 each line/per month plan...end result-almost 200 a month, no contract, full retail price of the Iphone 5S (699.99) and two very unhappy Sprint Customers. This store will never receive our business again.
