Overall

Lazy. Even though it's against policy, they refused to take a 5x7 box for US mail, that already had a prepaid label. He said the mailman won't take boxes because he doesn't have room in the truck! BS. So, I went next door to the grocery store, and they took it, with a smile, and the same mail truck will pick it up. Just didn't want to take the time to scan it in. This is my second bad experience so now I drive further to the Howell store.

These guys are Awesome. They do all my printing for my shop and it is always SPOT ON. I also recommended all my customers to them as they are the best at what they do.

horible customer service!

they said they didnt want my bussiness because i had already printed out the packing slip and they wouldnt make money on it. They Denied one package that was in serious need of going out that day. I called ups direct told them what happened they said that they were shocked that a ups store did that, and the weight is not a big deal all they had to do is rescan it and change the weight. They should be shut down, that guy was an idiot and should lose his company.
