My son started braces in 1st grade because of concerns he wouldn't be able to chew correctly as an adult. 10 yrs latter, I was impressed with the following improvements: a tooth was rotated 90 degrees, there was no room for 2 teeth to erupt, all the top teeth were moved back about 1 mm, a large gap between the front teeth was closed, and of course all the other crooked teeth were straightened. Luckily, my son was motivated to follow Dr. Niles' program with less parental guidance than I expected.
Both of my children and myself have been treated by Dr. Niles. He and his staff are excellent and very caring. I would highly recommend!
