Love the doctors but unfortunately they made a mistake hiring Tim for the office staff. He is rude and unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service. Because of him, my family has taken their business elsewhere.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a service provider in my life. I have been taking my son to this doctor for two years and also, my husband just went to them as well. Last year, my son received glasses for the first time and I purchased them from their office. As others have said in past reviews, when i went for the less expensive frame, they dropped me like a hot potato and left me to help someone shopping in the expensive section. Also, they would not give me his prescription information at that time. When I asked for it, they told me they had it on file . I didn t think much of it at the time, however after-the-fact, I did some research and realized just how exorbitant their prices are fast forward to this year, I decided to go them again for the exam, however wanted to purchase his frames/contacts elsewhere (at a lesser cost and with better customer service). Again, I was not provided with his prescription information at the time of the exam. When I called on the phone to ask for the prescription, the girl who answered Elise was VERY rude. She gave me the run-around and every excuse in the book as to why she couldn t give me the prescription information. When I challenged her, she became more and more irritated with me and finally when she couldn t come up with any more unreasonable excuses as to why I couldn t have the script, she agreed to e-mail it to me. I never received that e-mail, so I called the next day. Elise answered the phone again. When I stated who I was, she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back immediately and she answered and hung up the phone again. At first I thought maybe it was a bad signal or connection, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The third time I called, she answered this time and had an attitude in her tone before I even spoke…so I said said helloooo…this is so-and-so…can you hear me? She said I DON T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH YOUR ATTITUDE, LADY and she hung up on me again. To this point, I still do not have my son s prescription information and apparently the doctor AND the office manager are out-of-the-office until next week (I had a friend call from a different number to find out). The fact it, there are a LOT of eye doctors out there. It is absolutely unacceptable for a business provider or his/her staff to be so rude and disrespectful to paying customers. Between our insurance and what we paid out-of-pocket, they made a lot of money on our family and I am absolutely furious over the treatment and disrespect I received from this company. I encourage anyone looking for an eye doctor to not even consider for a moment using this company. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and researching other outlets to tell my story so more people are aware of just how outrageously rude this company s employees treat their customers.

The doctors are very nice but ...

The doctors are very nice but the office staff is very pushy, and because of that, we have decided to go elsewhere this year. However, we just received a card in the mail that they went ahead and automatically set up an appointment for us this year, even though we did not ask for one. Needless to say, that will be cancelled and we will go elsewhere.

There are many optomotrists out there. You won't regret finding any other eye specialists besides this one.
