Every time I have been here with my family, we have NEVER been disappointed in either the food or the service received.
I highly recommend The 'Drunken Salmon'. Also the 'Tollhouse Square Cookie', to share I might add!!
This place is even better since the No Smoking ban came into effect. 5 STARS!!

Dined there twice, one for lunch and once for dinner. My lunch experience went well. Bread and drinks came out quick and service was friendly and helpful with recommendations. I had the California burger which came on an english muffin and would have tasted much better (and less soggy) if it were toasted. The ingredients tasted fresh and the fries were great with enough to share.
For dinner, I had the house sirloin. It came on a bed of smashed yukons potatoes that I substituted for their sweet whipped potatoes. The description said the steak came topped with blue cheese and crispy onions with asparagus on the side. The presentation was potatoes, topped with a sirloin meant to look like a tenderloin topped with (butter?) and onions all over the plate. I ordered the steak medium rare and because of the way the steak was cut and shaped, (like a baseball) it made it very tough to cut, especially when placed on top of mashed potatoes. Plus, it's not very appetizing to see bloody potatoes even if it's how you like your steak. I'd prefer a little open plate placement for bloodletting.
Mouth feel and taste trump presentation in my book. I will say the desert that was shared was presented as well as it tasted. It was an undone (on purpose) cookie topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
One more thing that bothered me more than waiting for my drinks for longer than 10 minutes was the sticky dirty wine glass that my shiaz came in. In this instance presentation was distracting and made it had to enjoy sipping with sticky finger. Wine glasses shouldn't have residue from the dishwasher or anything else on them! If you want to be upscale, act upscale!
