My name is Trisha Conklin. I married my husband, Richard, in 2000. Since then we have 4 amazing children Naomi, Gabriel, Reuben and Rebekah. ?I am a native Coloradan, currently residing just northeast of Denver. ?I am a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. My goal as a doula is to help give the laboring mom and her partner a more satisfying birth experience. I help reduce fear and anxiety by informing about birthing options, educating on the birthing process, helping make your own birth plan and by providing continuous personal one-on-one support and encouragement; physically and emotionally. Each birth is different and every mom should be able to have the type of birth she desires. I am not here to judge your birth preferences and decisions, but rather to support you in them and help see that they are carried out, as much as is possible!However, since labor always has unexpected twists, I am also there to help you plan for and deal with those situations if they do happen and be a strong and stable emotional support for you during those times. After it is all said and done, I want you to look back and view your birth in a very positive light, with little regrets, knowing that the choices you made were informed and that they were the best for you and your family. I am here to serve you and to do As You Wish; helping to create a birth that is the most wonderful experience it can be!
