The person camping with me was injured at your camp ground. When reported to the manager she was rudely asked if she needs some ice and showed her to the door. The door closed quickly behind her. The lack of customer service, concern and empathy towards your guests is appalling. The professional response is to file an incident report, she was offered the door instead. If an incident report had been completed you would be aware of how she was injured and take precautions to insure other guests are not injured. I'm more than dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism at your campground. The injured person is at urgent care now.
