I had to replace my cpap machine. I have an Orion sticker on the machine so I gave them a call. I was told I was "not in the new system, that my info was probabaly on the old system" A week later I call again and there is someone in the office who can look me up on the old system, but there is no original order to look . So I have my doctor submit a new order. I wait weeks after my Dr. sends over the packet before I call and am told I am "not in the system" and that data entry is not done there so they can't look it up. I asked to speak to someone else and was connected to the most rude customer service rep I have ever spoken too at a profesional business. She basically told me that my Dr. never sent anything and I had to start the process from scratch again. I called my Dr's office, they confirmed that the info was sent and even had a confirmation from Orion that it was recieved. Stay away from Orion and choose a provider that is competent and knows how to provide customer service!
