Zero stars is too good for this establishment. I had to go there to drop off a package for my boss because it's kind of on my way home. It was the second time I was waited on by Gregory Glass. The first time he was rude and seemed annoyed because he had to do something. Okay, everybody has a bad day. I get it. Today, same baditude. Yep, bad attitude. He did not speak a word to me, scanned the packages and handed me the receipt. Unbelievably unprofessional. I should have read all the other reviews first. I WILL NOT GO BACK.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I requested a simple print job of 45 invitations via email. My mom was going to pick them up however I had not received email confirmation. She called to ask and later told me the person was so rude and he actually hung up on her. She actually called back and asked if he was a manager. He said he was the owner. She said to him that the online reviews reflect how awful of a person he is. He replied “I don’t care about the reviews. I’ve been here 10 years and I’ll be here 10 more.” I was appalled someone would speak to someone else like that, let alone a small business owner. If he cares so little about reviews, why did he buy an ad with Yelp? Do yourself a favor and go to Robinson, where the owner couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with. This guy gets all around zeroes.
Please, please, please do not use this location! I've never met such a rude person, and unbelievably he's the owner. I have used this specific UPS store several dozen times because it's conveniently located near my home. Plus, the employees are very nice, helpful and pleasant. However, I hope to never use this location again after today's experience. This is only the third time I have seen the owner in the store, and the third time I've had a HORRIBLE experience with him (3 out of 3). He has no idea who I am, so it's not like he doesn't like, or have a grudge against me. The second experience with him is the most notable. My wife and I visited to get something notarized. She had a few questions and he literally seemed to be annoyed and upset that we were not familiar with the notary process. This man does not deserve loyal customers. I will go out of my way to another UPS store location in order to not give this man any of my money.
I wouldn't recommend this store for notary. The charges are very high and the notary person was very rude and unprofessional.
Normally I have found UPS stores to have friendly, efficient employees except for the owner of this one Gregory C. Glass. He was unnecessarily officious, and rude. Though this was the closest UPS store to me, I will never go there again.
