I love this salon for reasonably priced services. I come here for all my spa services. I love to use the tanning bed here to maintain a nice healthy glow. Michelle cuts and colors my hair, does my eyebrow waxes, and lip waxes. Jesse is the best for bikini waxes and underarm waxes! Love the staff and really recommend Pam for any massage services. This place has it all! They also offer discounted days for men and women's haircuts, wouldn't go anywhere else! They have recently added microblading and permanent makeup to their list of services and have seen some clients who have got this done and looks beautiful!

The nail service by Maura is perfect, other tech is marginal. I had problems with my recent nail shellac application. It was loose along edges. 2 fell off this weekend. 9 days today. Guarantee for 10 days. Was offered discount when I called for appt. Nails very bad under polish. 3 yrs of gel never did so much damage. Maura worked on my nails for 90 minutes to minimize the damage. Went to pay and was offered a 5 DOLLAR discount on the 40 DOLLAR service. I was angry. I was spoken to by the manager with a harsh tone. I should have called last week if there was a problem. I should not expect a full free manicure, she INSTRUCTED me. I thought a 10 day guarantee meant 10 days!!!!! I guess when I expected the discount to be at least 20 dollars. I was being optimistic. SERENITY DAY SPA DOES NOT GUARANTEE, THEY DISCOUNT FOR SERVICE CORRECTION. By the time we were done exchanging the interpretation of the10 day policy, I was told I "CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE" I could not believe it. Horrible BUSINESS practice. I have been going there for 3 months because of the fabulous nail tech, Maura. I planned to continue. But, the f.u. attitude by the manager or owner is unacceptable.
Really dishonest. Don't go owner adds on services not requested. Talks about other salons .rip off owner dresses like stripper they need to learn English language. Give them one more year they will be out of business.
Do your self a favor and do not go here. One of the worst experiences. How to ruin a nice day at the spa go here. Owner could care less about you.
Rude, Unprofessional and Unaccommodating.I called the spa and spoke with its owner, Allison. I tried to schedule an appointment using a Groupon and the owner refused to accommodate me and a friend and a time that was convenient to us. She very rudely told me to either come during the day or contact Groupon for a refund. I will not be using this spa for anything! Groupon, on the other hand, was wonderful to work with and issued a refund immediately, promising to contact the business regarding my complaint.
