I found Beteena to alter my off the rack wedding dress at the last minute. She was able to get my dress completed within a few weeks and it looks wonderful. I had beaded sleeves that had to be taken in and the bead work had to be completely redone on top of the shoulders. It looks excellent. She also altered the length of the dress and made it bustle appropriately with the chiffon train. Overall I am completely happy with the work and my dress looks amazing. I would highly recommend her to others who are seeking to get alterations done by a woman who has years of experience, pays attention to small details and gets the work done in a timely fashion.

Beautiful work! Beteena was methodical and her work is perfectly done. She was personable and flexible with scheduling. She took her time to make sure that each spot of the dress was well done, and done right. She had some great suggestions of things to alter, or not to alter, and why. We added an additional fitting to ensure that the hem was perfect. I appreciate working with her and will be back for any future work!

Beteena was so wonderful to work with! She restored my grandmother's antique wedding dress for me to wear and was very creative in repairing it and altering it to fit me. The dress fits great and she did a great job keeping the original 1959 look while making it more sturdy and easier to wear. I live in Houston and she completely worked with my schedule when I was in town, which was much appreciated. And she made custom earrings of exactly what I wanted!

Beteens is the BEST when it comes to bridal gowns and headpieces. I wanted a way to commemorate my mom and she took her gown and made it into something I would of never dreamed of! It was gorgeous and I didn't stop receiving compliments all night! I can't thank her enough for all she did!

I got my bridal veil at Beteena's and couldn't have been happier with it. It was absolutely perfect, and Beteena's was so easy to work with. When I was first considering what I wanted in a bridal veil, I had no idea what to look for or where to start. I had ideas in my head from a birdcage veil to no veil at all. I went into Beteena's and after 5 minutes I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was perfect. The veil is what really made me feel like a true bride. I would recommend Beteena's to anyone!

Beteena always does an excellent job on my alterations! My dresses always fit perfectly. I wish I had found her before I had my wedding dress altered somewhere else. She also makes beautiful custom jewelry and accessories. She is very sweet, always on time, and prices are good. Don't take your wedding or bridesmaid dress anywhere else!

I had a beautiful black beaded party dress with multiple layers and appliques for my Vegas wedding which Beteena did an amazing job altering. You couldn't even tell that the dress had been taken in about 2 inches on both sides-the beading was put back together perfectly. Then at the 11th hour my sister & I decided to surprise my mom with a traditional wedding dress. With only 4 weeks until the wedding I had to buy off the rack. Beteena worked her magic and took a size 10 ruched, asymmetrical mermaid dress down to a size 2. It looks like I had a custom dress made for me. I couldn't be happier with the final results. I never thought I'd be so happy with a white wedding dress! Not to mention the black birdcage veil that she handmade for me was just as perfect as the alterations to my dresses.

Beteena came through for me and my sister when we needed our bridesmaid dresses altered back in 2007 so she was the obvious choice for getting my prom dress hemmed.

She is so professional and very good at what she does! My dress was hemmed perfectly! One of these days she will be my go- to person for my bridal veil! My mom is also very happy with her work- it's so nice to know someone who does beautiful work AND is pleasant to work with.

Beteena is a lifesaver!!! I originally went to a different seamstress with my wedding dress. 13 days before my wedding I was given my wedding dress back unfinished (they were too busy with prom season coming up). Enter Beteena. I called and made an appointment for the next day. Beteena was amazing! My dress was only half altered when I took it in. It was still a few sizes too big, the lace waist band was crooked, the zipper was a mess, and the list goes on. She went above and beyond. Not only did she calm me down but she did everything she said she would do perfectly and quickly. With 9 days until my wedding I picked up my finished dress this afternoon. I will recommend Beteena to everyone. I can't say enough great things about her! She is a lifesaver.

Beteena is wonderful to work with. She altered a bridesmaid dress for me and did such a wonderful job that I asked her to alter my bridal gown. My bridesmaid dress was ordered 3 sizes too big but it looked perfect after she was done. She also did the same dress for my sister and sister in law, we looked great at the wedding, everyone else was pulling at their dress all night. For my wedding dress, she had to work around beading, hem the dress and create a train. It looked perfect. She is so sweet, easy going and accomodating. Her prices are reasonable and well worth her effort. I have recommended her to many people.

Beteena is amazing. She has done 3 bridesmaid dresses and 1 flowergirl dress for me and they were all perfect. She not only altered them but went the extra step to fix flaws in the dress to make it look great on me. Her price was also less than other quotes sometimes by a lot.
