I took my granddaughter here to see inside out. I've been coming to this movie theater for a couple years as clear as day their was a mouse running down the wall . We reported it to the manager who gave us passes and said that he would call an exterminator but this happens in the fall. Really ? Any feedback on this? I'm appalled if thiers one we all know thiers more
The theater itself is very nice, they seem to be willing to spend money to overhaul their image. They even seem to be brainstorming new ideas to drum up business such as the thought of selling alcohol. Overall I like this theater but I wont be returning however. After having nothing but good things to say about the theater why won't I return? Easy, Kathy Plummer, worst manager I have ever had to deal with in my life. I have no idea how she could even pass an entry interview let alone become a manager. She is very rude and cold to any customer she deals with. It seems like the staff themselves no longer respect her for the same treatment. In my dealing with her she seemed disinterested in what I had to say and did not even want to deal with me. I will no longer be returning to the theater for which I have been a reliable client. Upper Management: Maybe you should step in and correct this issue before you start losing more valuable clientele over someone who should not be in the customer relations field. Maybe if this gets fixed I will return, but until then I will put up with the poor parking situation that cinemark has.
