This complaint is not so much about the post office, But this is about the mail carrier for the date of 12/28/2016. If the mail carrier is looking for a tip HE or She can forget it !!!. Why you ask if my mail box is full then, Oh i got it why not take the time to get out of your truck and bring it to my door !!. How Hard Would That Be ? !!. Now Most of My Mail Is WET "THANKS"
Bad customer service I been waiting in the mail for my debit card my bank say the mailed out a month ago I still haven't received it every time I check the mail nothing and they keep giving me there call center number saying that they behinds on the mail make me delinquent on my bills someone higher above management should supervised this and investigate this matter is very frustrating can someone give me some resources to have this matter solved..!!!! Please help
I cringe whenever I am expecting a registered letter or parcel that requires a signature. Without fail, they leave the little orange sticker/card on the door and run away. Never do they ring the doorbell. I retest my doorbell, it works. They are too lazy to get out of the truck. It's awful.
Stayed home to get a package today. Waited for postman. She showed up dropped off mail, including a slip saying "Sorry we missed you". She did not ring the doorbell or knock, just dropped off the slip saying I wasn't here... when in fact I was sitting on the couch just waiting for her. I called the office several times and was rerouted to a call center each time and each time I was told to contact the office directly, giving me the number to the office. The same number that redirected me to the call center each time I called... terrible customer service.
I was anticipating this package to come today, and instead the lazy post(lady) just dropped off a slip instead of doing her job and delivering the package.
