Visited the store yesterday. Asked to upgrade to IPhone7 and the sales person gave me IPhone7 Plus (the bigger edition not the one I wanted) Then the assistant manager told the salesperson to transfer my number back to my old Iphone6 and charged me 70$ restocking fee (couse the salesperson opened the iPhone box) (that even wasn't a mistake on my end but I had to pay for their mistake. Soon after the salesperson told me that she gave me IPhone 7 Plus because the Spring Store were out of Regular size IPhone 7. I'm not gonna mention that that assistant manager had a big mouth and using very improper language including saying : "If you don't want that phone then go somewhere else" and refused to serve me loyal Sprint customer since 2001 and didn't offer me any solution to the problem. Simply kicked us out from their store. No respect. Poor Customer Service.
