Can you give ZERO stars - in ALL categories????This company and their employees have NO redeeming social value!!!!They all are rude, unprofessional, and stupid. They literally told me my taxi was late because I gave them the wrong address to MY HOME!!!!I missed an extremely important court date, and they have refused to take responsibility for the error. They have refused to furnish me with a letter for the courts as the courts have requested. They even told me the office has nothing to do with dispatching, and it is up to the dispatcher to provide the letter!!!!BIKE, ROLLER SKATE, CRAWL IF YOU HAVE TO, BUT DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!!

Omg!!! These people are the worst not only are they always late and make you late for appointments but they have no apologies for itYesterday my daughters appointment was at 11:20am and I had to tell them it was 10:00am and they was supposed to be here at 9:45 didn't get here till almost 11:00am then I call them for a pickup at 11:45 am they didn't get there til 2:30 pm I had to call 6 times before they got there had me and my poor autistic daughter waiting out there for that long and just to add every time I called they lied first it was they'll be there in 25 minutes then it was they be there in 8 minutes then it was 2 minutes then it was they are right there I mean u do the math I just can't with these people
Normally I don't bother to write a negative review, let alone scathing, but when my medical cab is an hour and a half late to bring me 45 minutes away for an appointment that starts in ten mins, I have to wonder if the person who draws up the daily manifests for these drivers has ever driven a car themselves. I'm currently sitting within the awkward silence of the back seat of a driver who knows I called their employer more than once, and the guy doesn't even have the decency to apologize for being obscenely late. I understand there is traffic and I also understand I live in the white hills of shelton which equates to the middle of nowhere but I also know that Logisticare schedules these rides giving the drivers plenty of extra time to consider traffic and weather. Some might ask why I would schedule any kind of appointment 45 minutes away but I see a specialist..... Twice a week. I depend on my medical ride and never have I had such a negative experience with any business ever. -end rant-
A horrible cab company, they tell you 10 min to wait than it a half hour later so I call to check where the cab is they tell you ooh a couple of min, than its an hour later you call back because they only told you 10 min they get an attitude with you. I know several people they hung up on and wouldnt give the customers their supervisor or manager number. Their just all bad attitudes. Then the drives are always on their cell phones not paying attention of the road and when you call to complain about that they just couldnt care less..
