Hibachi Buffet

My wife and I ate dinner at this restaurant for the first time on a Wednesday night in March, 2013. I expected a typical Chinese buffet but was pleasantly surprised.



The restaurant was spotlessly clean with very comfortable tables and chairs. The buffet selection was extensive and all appeared fresh and appetizing. In addition to traditional "buffet" foods, I was surprised to see fresh strawberries (out of season) as one of the choices. Unlike the soft-serve one would expect at a buffet, Hibachi Grill offered five flavors of real "hard" ice cream from a tub freezer.



The price was amazingly reasonable and the staff was friendly. We will be back!

My first foree to this restaurant was not good. I arrived at 2:00 I was told it was still Lunch..I had some business calls to make and got up to the buffet tables somewhere after 3:00.



There were signs on each table under certain dishes which appently were for dinner only..it was alll TOO confusing...



Needless to say, they cahrged me for DINNER, only having eaten LUNCH items.





I called today to ask them when lunch ends and and dinner begins and posed the question: If I arrive during hte lunch hours and end up staying thru dinner, then what?



I was told in a very rude manner, I would e DOUBLED CHARGED for lunch AND dinner.



Are these peolple NUTS?



Steer clear of this place...The Hibachi in Orange is bigger and better food.
