daniella. get over yourself. if you own vinnies pizza then you really should consider getting a 101 on how to treat people. there have been many claims to the garbage that has gone on. i havent expeirenced it. BUT, when i did go into ""your restaraunt"" all i could hear was the owner, the tall brother or the bald brother, yelling at the other workers. it made me very uncomfortable. Papa V's is a great pizzeria because they make good food and dont try to be something they""re not.im not trash. i just like good food. which unfortunately you guys dont have. beautiful building though. i think you guys bit off a bit more than you can chew. And with the attitude that you present in public like this. best of luck. i give you another year.

I have lived in the area since 1978 and I was there when the ""original vinnie"" opened. Now that man knew how to run a pizza place, good food and a great staff that knew how to treat their customers. I was heartsick when he sold it in 1987 to the people that have it now. I stopped going there after i found a band aid in my cheesesteak (GROSS)!
They destroyed the original location (that the original vinnie ownes as the landlord) and decided to move it accross the street. The people who run this pizzeria/ ""restaurant"" ,and i use the term loosely, really need to get their act together. They relocated accross the street from their original location to a tacky peach building that used to be a pharmacy so they lost all the parking area, that makes parking a nightmare! I think they bit off a lot more than they can chew with the addition of a ""family Restaurant"" They have no idea how to run a restaurant!
Well they spent a lot of money renovating the place and it looks nice with granite counters, new tile and a funky stone archway. HOWEVER, it's like putting lipstick on a pig, it's still stinks! The pizza is greasy, the wait staff are all highschool students who really have no idea how to handle waiting tables and the pasta that is supposed to be cooked to order is obviously precooked because it is served chewy. With the amount of money they spent on this place, I expected much better. I only tried it to see and believe me I wont be going back. If I want mediocre italian food, I'll go to the Olive Garden.
