Kim and Tom are great. The salon is clean and welcoming. The service is excellent.I had a great gel manicure and pedicure. It is my go to place....and I would highly recommend trying it.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & OVERPRICED. I asked for a french gel manicure & a regular french pedi. My manicure took 10 mins. She only put 1 coat of gel on my nails & quickly dried them then sent me in the back to wait 15 mins before soaking my feet. While waiting, I noticed the white tip on my nails (both hands) started to bubble & chip. I told the nail tech & she said it was my fault, but offered to fix them. She asked if I wanted the same color on my toes as my nails (french color) I said, "Yes, French COLOR." Total was $70! I asked how if I got a french GEL manicure & a REGULAR french pedi. They did french GEL on BOTH nails & feet, when I specifically said REGULAR french pedicure! The nail tech woman said she asked me if I wanted the french gel color & she claims I said yes, which in fact I did NOT. She only asked me what COLOR, which I responded "french." They overcharged me for a service I DID NOT even ask for! I left furious & made it clear that I would NEVER come back!! STAY AWAY!!
City Nails the employees were extremely pleasant. Place is spotless. Reasonable prices too. i only moved here in July 2015. Maybe they are new owners from what Heidi is expressing from June of 2014? I like them.
An excellent nail salon. I went there while they were busy. Vi said it would be 15 minutes and for the first time in my life it wasn't a 30 minute wait when they said 15 minutes... Very professional. They also had a couch, big screen tv and complimentary drinks while I waited. The salon was very clean and the service I got was among the best to date. It was very relaxing. The spa in the name actually means something at this place :)
DIRTY AND RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Not pleased. Went for pedicure. Technician was rather rude, cut my toe and rushed through the process. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing . This one was nerve racking, unprofessional and not worth the money.Just my experience. Perhaps the tech had a bad day but she was awful. Needless to say, I'm not going back.
In my visit here i've noticed that most, but not all workers here are rude. I don't like getting my nails done as it is because I don't like the experience of it,..and the atmosphere here truly wasn't desirable. I also believe that they are a bit too over priced. A set of nails cost me $50,..and then at check out I was told that was a "sale" price. I won't be going back.
I have preferred to use this nail salon for a few years and I would continue to do so. I watch them use tools out of uv sterile containers, as well as wear gloves and constantly clean the sinks, tools and business itself. The staff is family owned and operated and always are welcoming. The only time something was not 100% satisfying was when the water heater broke and I was unable to get a pedicure. However they were so helpful with promising it would be fixed promptly and if I came back in 2 days (it was a Saturday) that it would be fixed and I could also have extra foot treatments for free for waiting (which were so nice and relaxing). I recommend this salon to many friends and strangers.
BEST nail salon in Brick....Johnny & his wife are GREAT. She gives a perfect pedi and Johnny is quick and neat with gel or acrylic nails. Very CLEAN and the salon is beautiful. I recently moved from NY to NJ and I tried 4 other salons before finding Angie's Nails! I found my new nail shop :-)
