I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....

Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
So disappointed in Apple Store at Memorial City since it was remodeled. Last year, I went there to our purchase an iPad Pro for my husband. No one greeted me. I had to chase down a sale person who got another sales person eventually. I thought it was a bad time. Today, I went back to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. No one greeted me. Associates were looking at their tablets or busy talking. I left. I saw another person like my self looking at an iPhone and no one was helping him either. I have been an Apple customer since the Apple Iie. At one time, you could request an appointment with a personal shopper. This was at 11 am Saturday. No that crowded that someone could have to me they would be with me in 10 minutes.
With the internet, why would you want to go to best buy? I am not sure. I did the other day and it is kindof depressing.

I got computer service online, microsoft has give me fantastic service, and they remove my all computer problem, i m happy with microsoft service.
Very slow-moving, discourteous personnel, especially the female manager, Ms. Ochoa. Not much in the way of stock either, and they don't keep what they're supposed to carry up to date. My advice? Find another Radio Shack store or a different store entirely.
They did a great job repairing my Samdsung Note 2 phone LCD Screen. Thry even provided me with replacement phones until they were done. I bought two cases to ensure that I wouldn't break them again. I would totally recommend them to anyone.
I went to this location late one night to try and find a cheap pair of ear bud headphones. I was harassed by the manager and he threatened to call the police on me for not liking my attitude. Everything is overpriced and expensive. If you want to get ripped off and be treated like a criminal go ahead and go here. You will find a much better price and selection somewhere else like best buy and I recommend going to a best buy over this store.
After studying many many cell ph. Repair places I thought they were all crooks. Very pleasantltly surprised to find a shop working hard to be honest and hire techs that are honest. Fixed my cell ph. screen and charging port.Great place. Any quirks on my ph. they explained to me and gave me advice so issues will not happen in future.I highly recommend.Ron
