        Overall

        Worst experience ever. Instructions were abundantly clear. Sand and refinish kitchen floor. They came and sanded the wrong floor - and not just any floor - a painstakingly renovated antique - in my just purchased home. Nightmare. The floor is 200 yrs old and now ruined from the sanding.
