whirlpool washer

buyer beware of the whirlpool washer wtw57esvwd with the auto load sensor, it has many many problems!!! and if you ask a lowes employee about these problems and he tell you that it is normal for it to do this, well have them set up an appointment for service to come look at it, because we didnt and 3 months out of warranty this washer died.
First the load sensor went bad, repaired the load sensor, our repair man just gave up and said to call a whirlpool tech because the load sensor fixed the load sensing problem but washer still will not fill up.
Well seems the timer is burning little by little has enough current to trip the repairmand tester but not enough current to start the waster flow. so almost impossible to figure out the problem!!!!! well the timer is all burnt inside the PLASTIC box part of the plastic box melted.
will see tomorow when part (timer) comes in if this fixes this washer??? the sensor part number changed from w10177795 to w10292584 wonder why??? Does the auto sensor located behind the fabric softner on off switch burn the timer when it goes or does the timer burn out the auto sensor????
so call the repairman when you have a question rather a appliance from lowes is working or not!!!!! or return it the next day!!!!!!
We have purchased alot from lowes, and thought we were a valued customer, but guess not!!! they were no help with this. even though one of the people told us about how many of these have come back with this problem. guess I WILL TALK TO HIM FROM NOW ON!!!
Its not that the washer broke or had a problem from day one, its when there is a known problem, lowes or whirlpool should stand behind it!!!!!!! Not just tell you to call their repair person!!!!! and walk away from you!!! without even giving you the number of their repair person.
