What can I say? They did what I paid them to do and did a good job.

I had my car lock up on the road and couldn't get it to shift into any gear. I dropped my car off as close as I could (which happened to be around the corner). They got it off a busy surface street and had it looked at and fixed in 2 days. The car runs great now and it cost on the low end of the average for a new clutch.

Little Bro's repair costs are always hundreds of dollars cheaper then the dealership. Thanks LBS for allowing me to trust a mechanic again.

Friendliest fuel station attendants I've ever come across. I stopped in for air, thinking I for sure had a flat, and without letting them know I do my own repairs, they checked and reassured me I didn't need a patch or a new tire, that it had just gotten low. I know honest people are hard to come by these days, so I am grateful to have come across them.

I went to 2 other shops before coming to Little Brothers and they had the BEST service. I felt at ease and comfortable. They have a very calming demeanor.

I don't normally write reviews after I get gas but this morning as I begrudgingly stopped for gas and coffee I was struck by the consistent clean and happy atmosphere this station has. The employees are always very nice (even when I pay in all change for my junk food)! The coffee area is ALWAYS very clean- even in the busy morning hours.

Absolutely no respect, care, or concern for me while my car was there for service. Rude female personell when I called to inquire about the status of my car, as if it was an inconvenience to her. Constant misinformation as to when my car would be ready. Was told twice that wrong part had been delivered and and each time there was a time delay. The first time I was told the wrong part had been delivered was at 5 p.m., the time I was told the car would be ready. I had brought it in at approximately 8:14 a.m. Car was finally ready at 7:45 p.m. I was left alone in my office building after turning down several offers of a ride home as I had been told the car would be "ready in 30 minutes" at least three times, which was not true. I understand that it's hard to estimate when cars will be ready, but I would have been happy if told it would not be ready until the next day. In that case I would have accepted a ride back to my house from a co-worker or I would have called a cab. I have been a steady customer of this station for over two years for gasoline and have had new tires put on there about three months ago. (The same thing happened then, also, re "we've got the wrong tire, we'll have to go get the right ones.") I would tell anyone never to go to that station for any reason. I know I will never use their services again unless I am in dire straights, which I intend to never be. It seems I have to give them a star rating. My true rating would be a minus 5 stars.
