The worst experience EVER! Wanted a cut and color. She said highlights would be better and a little layer. Ok. 4 hours and 20 minutes later I looked like the shaggy dog with rediscover brown blonde hair. My original color dark brown by the way. About 3 1/2 hours into the height color sitting in my hair I told please wash my hair it was starting to burn she started laughing and said No. I said it's burning please she said no again. I told her look I don't care what color it turns out wash my hair this hurts and it's not right again she said no there's no heat on your hair it's not burning and she starts laughing at me in front of other customers. She then tells me 10 more minutes 25 minutes later she washes starts to blow dry I notice she cut bangs I didn't ask for them I did not have them when I walked in and she never asked if she could cut bangs. Never in my life have I had them- for a reason I hate bangs. She said they cover the gray. That's why I asked for color. I didn't even let her finish. I was so mad and embarrassed as she's laughing and talking about me to he customers I just paid and left. And she charged my card $147. The WORST experience and WORST cut ever. Cried all night. the next day went to another salon just to get it looking decent another $110(b/c I have to wait for bangs to grow out). I wouldn't go to her if she was last stylist on earth!
Man this place is a rip off. They charged me so much for color. Receptionist told me one price and when I get there the stylist told me another price. I had to go with it because I was desperate I was attending a wedding that weekend. After the color and style (no cut by the way) she says another price. I said I thought you said 185.00. She said well I used more products than expected so I ended up paying 210.00?! I now go to another place where they do a great job and for half the price. Salon Vitor sorry to say but you guys are charging way to much and don't live up to your words. Very disappointed.
Love the atmosphere, quality of service and the cost! Hong is fabulous and makes you feel right at home :) I would give 10 Stars if I could!! Xoxo

Diana is the best! Great with both color and cuts!I would highly recommend Diana!Laurie
Excellent hair cut, reasonable price, friendly atmosphere and hair dresser always smiles.... Forever will be my favorite hair place.
We used the Hair and Make up Studio for our September 2013 wedding and everyone looked amazing! We had booked their services before they raised their prices and Debbie was nice enough to honor the previous prices. They are very talented and now one of my bridesmaids is using them in her wedding in November!
I was wanting a major hair style change and thought I'd check out this place. I'm so glad I did. Bianca did a fabulous job creating the exact look I wanted. Very pleased!
I would like to start this review off by saying that I love to support local business as it helps our community..so I was convinced by the owner Cindy to give her a try on my hair. She offered a reasonable price for a cut and highlight so I went ahead and allowed for the nightmare to begin. First of all she was completely unprofessional the entire time she spent talking on her phone or to her friend who she had visiting her shop. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind an occasional personal phone call but when you hear the individual on speaker clearly arguing (not in English) with your stylist it makes you a bit squeamish! She then proceeded to tell me she had to dye my entire hair to then add highlights...this has never been done or told to me by any other stylist EVER...so I refused the full head color and advised her only to do the highlights. When she came back to apply the highlights she handed me a dirty plastic bin full of cut tin foil and directed me to place a piece of tin foil over a plastic board she had in the dirty bin and hand them to her as she worked through my hair. She did not seem to have any method to what she was doing and before I knew it we were off to the dryer to have the color set. She came to me about ten minutes into being under the dryer and began to apply additional color to my roots. I assumed she knew what she was doing as she did go to school for this. After the reapplication she put me under the dryer again, as the dye ran down the sides of my face I began to regret the fact that I came here! She then began to cut her friends hair which was a bit strange considering she should have been paying attention to my color. Well when she finally moved me to the sink area it didn't get better she washed my hair under cold water and then guided me to e stylist chair...that's when she handed me a brush and told me to brush out my own hair. When my hair was dry and I was done I looked in the mirror in utter horror....never in my life had I had such a horrid color job!!!!!!! I left thinking maybe I should give it a day and it would tone down...ha fat chance it got worse the next morning I arose washed my hair and noticed I had a white and orange scalp!!!! I went to my usual salon where my stylist had just returned from vacation to seek advice..she told me she would need to redo it. She was horrified when she looked through my hair and said a good stylist would give me my money back....so I went to Cindy hoping the best and praying if she saw my orange and white creamsicle scalp she would feel bad and return my money so I could get it fixed. Instead she yelled at me and placed the blame on the color of my hair, then as one of her patrons came in she continued to yell at me and call me a bad person!!! What happened to taking responsibility for making mistakes and caring for the customer... I wouldn't recommend this stylist to a DOG!
I love this place. It's upscale and they treat you very well. And Raqeul does the best Eye Brow wax I've ever had!
