Quality Tire

I have been a loyal customer of tom's shop for years but now that he is retired his employees have been completely different the family atmosphere that drew me to tom and his wife is gone now the people there are rude and unwilling to help when it could have been something they did at least when tom was there he would take the time to listen and try to resolve the problem weather it was his shops fault or not instead the little old man with glasses who is managing the shop now will just kick you out and say its your problem I'm disappointed by this and may never return or refer any one to this shop till the professionalism and Courtesy is back just thought tom should know what is happening behind his back
