        At Amy's Decadent Chocolates we're famous for Hand-Crafted Confections that Feed Your Hungry Soul! At our shop nearly everything is created by hand using wholesome products like locally grown apples, fresh-roasted nuts, ground spices, old-fashioned molasses, cane sugar, wholesome cream and large quantities of Guittard's bulk chocolate slabs. Using recipes passed down from her mother and aunts, Amy and her helpers create heavenly confections exactly like you would if you had the time, patience and expertise. Amy cooks and stirs her thick creamy caramel by hand in small batches. Her famous gourmet apples are dipped in fresh caramel by hand and smothered in luscious chocolate, roasted nuts and other scrumptious add-ons. And her fudge is worked on a marble slab by hand and rolled into sinfully dense loaves of melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Amy is also renowned for her bountiful gift baskets, extravagant party platters and luscious chocolate-dipped strawberries. In addition to Amy's local store in Bremerton, Washington, she also takes her sweets to the streets for farmer's markets, festivals and various events in the Kitsap-Tacoma-Seattle area throughout the year.         Not only does Amy make the best candy apples, and salted caramels, and seafoam, and chocolate covered orange rind, (and ginger too,) she also does the best cinnamon hard candy, to die for!

        This place is a pleasant surprise. Started buying her chocolate because there was no See's on the kitsap peninsula, but now that there is, I don't bother to stop at See's, I drive straight to Amy's to get the best specialty chocolates I have ever tasted, salty caramels,choc dipped ginger, orange rind in dark, and hr cinnamon candy is A+++++, too!
