She actually read my email and provided me the exact information I was requesting. Her transparency, attention to detail, and quick response lead me to your facility over other Honda dealerships. Once there, I was handed over to Sergio Menendez. What a wonderful employee! I often dread buying a new car as the worst part is dealing with a pushy salesman who does not listen. Sergio was none of these things. He gave me the facts on the car, only gave his opinion when asked, and truly listened to what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. I have been a custmer for all most a year and have had new car questions you know the simpler kind. Well Mr. Jeeter and the service staff has been most helpful when we had a check engine light come on and called after following his directions I called back and he said to bring our Honda back in and have the repair folks take a look. With a scheduled time the next day we showed up and the problem found. The gass cap needed to be truned more rotations than the first few set of clicks. Now the check engin light is off and the bride is happy as I am.Thanks To The Service Dept.
This was THE best car buying experience that I've ever had. None of the salesmen were pushy when I told them I didn't have the money for a nicer model, and were not condescending upon learning that information. I simply came in, told them that I was really only interested a Honda Fit LX in manual. They (Jeff Varady) showed me the car and upon my approval of it, all he said was, "Now, would you be interested in knowing some of the features of the EX?" and upon my reply of "no thanks!" he was kind and courteous
I have been going to West Hills Honda since we moved to the area in 2007. Jeter has always been my contact there. I'm treated like my car is the most important one on the lot. With Jeter, I've never had to wait from the time my car is parked to the time he tells me it's ready. The place is very professional, clean, and friendly. Love the free latte and most of all... the car wash!! What I've paid as never been over the estimated amount. Thank you Jeter and West Hills!!
We had already decided on the red Odyssey. You had one. Kent took us on our test drive and showed us the whistles and bells of the van. Whilst we were doing paperwork, Kent had a pickup truck brought down from Toyota and my husband bought it the next day. We called Kent when we were in CA and had a question about the CRV we were driving. He told us how to fix it. Kent is great.I still need a 12 year old to show me how to use all the electronics. I love my van.
Our experience was great. David the sales guy was very informative, friendly, and not "pushy" at all. Jamie the finance guy was also very informative, friendly, and efficient. They were also both helpful in making sure our kids (ages 2 and 5) were happy while we were going through the paper work process. I would defiantly recommend West Hills Honda to a friend.
We came in for an oil change but left with a new car. We traded in two vehicles on the buyer incentive program. We had excellent service from Michael Covey and Chris Ali. Both were low pressure, very friendly and extremely knowledgable about the car. We bought our 2003 Honda at West Hills and used the service department through the 13 years we had the car.
The customer service was excellent and helpful. I felt very confident in my purchase. They went out of their way to assist me with my purchase as well as showing me how to use all the features in my new vehicle. I will always come back to West Hills for my vehicles.
