Cross Country Mortgage

I just wanted to take the time to write a brief review on Cross Country Mortgage. I really needed to consolidate debt and the only way was to refinance my home. Unfortunately my credit score was under 580. After applying to four other lenders for a refinance and being rejected right after they reviewed my credit score I was getting pretty discouraged. I received a mailer from Cross Country Mortgage. I called and spoke to Dave Pickering. I explained my financial situation and provided an estimated value of my home. Dave saw hope and encouraged me to apply and start the process. The appraisal showed my home was valued way more than I estimated which opened more doors – like cash out – which was needed to pay off credit card and loan debt and was the purpose of the refinance. Long story short Dave Pickering and Cross Country Mortgage decided to work with me even with a super low credit score, got me refinanced ad a good rate, and enabled me to pay off my credit card balances and personal loan. Thank you so much Dave and Cross Country Mortgage!!! Refinance completed November 2015 – Credit score approx. 565. Creditors paid off by December 2015. My credit score, as of this review – January 2016 - has risen over 100 points to 698 according to Equifax and seems to be rising monthly. I am still working on my credit score but wanted to again thank Dave and Cross Country Mortgage for working with me when so many other mortgage companies wouldn’t.
