I can’t say enough wonderful things about Zoo Zoom, the new owner Steven Young is FANTASTIC!! He’s fun and makes sure the children are learning about the animals as well as being able to hold and love them! His variety of animals is like no other. I would highly recommend him to anyone! We love love love them!

The owner of Zoo-Zoom LLC, Steven Young, is a friend of mine that has been in contact with me over social media for close to a year now. Occasionally he will ask me to do some work for him as I am a student majoring in graphic design. 11 days ago Steven asked me to re-do their main logo, which I have done. During this 11 day period Steven was very unresponsive, which wasn't a major problem but it did bother me considering the fact that I was putting time and work into this logo for him and I couldn't ever get any feedback on it. After a long week of trying to get in touch with him and getting excuses and short replies I finally finished the logo. It took me several days to get in contact with him after it was finished and sent for a final review. I was told on Friday night that a payment was "scheduled" to be sent to me through paypal on Monday by 6pm. I thought that this sounded somewhat shady but believed my friend and what he said, but by Monday I had not received anything. When messaging Steven about this I was by this point really frustrated and said to him that if he wanted this logo done for free all he had to do was ask, I wasn't upset about the money I just simply felt used. He then responded with a long written essay which I have posted screenshots of (the other screenshots are examples of how unresponsive he was towards me and the excuses he presented instead of just answering simple questions). He still claims that he is a good business owner and a man of his word but I have still yet to be paid and he has been ignoring me ever since. I should have personally made him sign a contract but since Steven was a friend of mine who I have worked for before and he claimed he wanted to help me out financially, I never expected this to happen. No one should support someone so manipulative and full of himself, there are other petting zoos on wheels in this area that you can look into, would not recommend Zoo-Zoom to anyone.

Been selling Zoo-Keepers outfits and doing great work within the community for over 12 years of the 100's we have sold we have upset very few customers, and we never get to post our side of the story ....Want the truth about us, look at our face-book page. Some people are just plain impossible to please. Our community is totally behind our work and our mail lady is a smoker ........

I also ordered a zoo keeper outfit, it arrived however the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I called, and emailed the "zoo" and never received a response. I filed a dispute with paypal who did refund my money. I would stay away from this business and find someone with a good reputation for consumers.

I ordered a zoo keeper costume from them for my son because they are the only one selling the brand that I wanted at that time. It was on September 19. One week after not receiving anything, I got a bit scared and sent emails to follow up on my order but no one was responding. I even tried calling their number but only the answering machine will greet you. I left several messages but no one called back. I researched about this company and found this page wherein a couple of customers also encountered the same fate. So I lost all hope and concluded that I just lost 40 bucks.

I did some more research and found that Zoo-zoom is handled by volunteers. I guess I can't really blame them, but the least they can do is respond.

Come October 11, a 2-Day Priority Mail greeted me and to my surprise, it was the costume I ordered for my son. Too bad, I already ordered another one (different brand) from Amazon for 30 bucks. I guess they won't scam you for your money, but they sure will not respond to you in any way, scare you like hell, and maybe let you spend more.

This is one bad place to order anything. I order a outfit for my granddaughter waited a week and heard nothing form them. I call twice, and you only get a machine, no one will call back. Left e mails and no response. So stay away.



No words for how bad !

I can not give this place ANY stars ! I have never ever been treated this way by any company! I ordered two outfits with 3-5 day shipping and after not hearing from them for two weeks I sent an email inquiring. After a few more days of no response I sent another email saying if they did not ship out soon I'd be canceling the order and would need a refund. I seriously received an email saying " We can't always get what we want, we don't live in a perfect world" and that he would know more the next day. Well two days later I emailed stating I wanted a refund and that the way he spoke to me was unprofessional and if you order something you can and should expect to "get what you want". I received " are an Obama supporter, this is how they talk" and "

I guess i'll put it on the back burner and I guess I'll get to it when I'm ready

hows that ?" Referring to my refund. When I stated I would forward this to someone in a higher position I got "Oh I'll pass your e-mail, (and my reply) around the office, we all need a good laugh. "

This is the worst customer service and poster board for how to loose a company!
