        I went to Michael’s yesterday and I was directed to Max to checkout. He has served me many times and has always answered my questions and directed me when I needed assistance. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. As an employer I can tell you he is an exemplary

        My kids took a very old, inexpensive picture that meant a lot to me as a child and had it restored, matted, and framed. It is STUNNING. The picture was in very bad condition, lots of scratches, yet Michael's made it look perfect. I was moved to tears both by my children's gesture and the incredible workmanship.

        The best customer service I have EVER received. I recently found myself in need of custom framing, stumbled upon a coupon from Michaels art & framing and decided to come in to get a quote. Much to my surprise was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile but that was only the beginning of it all. The people ahead of me in line raved about how good the gentlemen at the counter was and it didn't take long to see what they meant. I didn't just receive a quote, I was given an education after learning of all the benefits of custom framing, the framer took me through his creative and innovative mind pulling out option after option of great looks for my artwork. he really took the extra time to make sure I was satisfied with my frame. Furthermore he kept the price within the budget I had in mind. He really took care of me. having checked the prices at a few other store, it became obvious there was no better place to be this place had it all. They had Nate.

        The classes are very informative and fun. The merchandise is well stocked but sometimes not very well organized. The sales are good - look for coupon in Sunday newspaper.
