WORST experience... while service technician was very nice, he kept negotiating and stated that we needed to replace pump and removed my old pump and charged a deposit for replacement pump. I chose to go with another company and I am still awaiting a refund 45 days after. . OWNER IS A DISHONEST! AVOID USING !

jesse and andy showed up they were very professional and helpful, they took the time to explain the process. from the first phone call to the office the young lady who answered the phone was very very professional and exteremely nice to talk to. these three persons represent your company extremely well.I WISH THEY WORKED FOR ME.in fact they did in this instance.keep up the good work.THANKS!!!!!!

Total Ripoff! Overcharged me on one of my rental homes because they were going to repair some walls. When I finally got pictures of it, they didn't do anything to the walls but had already collected payment. DO NOT call these guys!

Total scammers !!!!! Called Mr Septic quoted 189. as web site stated for septic pumping NO mention on site or phone of higher charge if thick sludge. Rooter express shows up owner and service tech my 189. quickly became 650. after started pumping it then went to 1200. after telling man I didn't have that much he threw up hands and said he'd pump it right back in my tank !! owner came back and price ended up 800. You might as well call the mobsters instead of this co. They need to have their license pulled and I will be in touch with BBB and local counties. One star is too much.

Unprofessional in every way, do not call Rooter Express Plumbing Services. Unless you want someone at your door with a neck tattoo, call someone else.

Stay away from these people. They quoted us $289. And as soon as they drove up charged an additional $100 just dishonest.
