I have never been to a place of business and then subsequently criticized and lectured by an owner of a business, because she has failed to properly train her employees as how to ring up her customers.....she needs to hire nice, young, pretty, customer service oriented people to work her front desk and she needs to stay in the back room ...she might be use to talking to people however she sees fit, but I expect to be treated with the upmost respect when I am spending my hard earned money.....she needs to reevaluate her presentation and how she speaks to people.......tanning beds are a dime a dozen, but customers are not.....I told her to keep my money l, because when the karma train rolls around she will need it
by sierra14smith I am new to the area and my nieghbor told me she goes to Robin, I work alot and Robin was great about seeing me after work, she did my root touch up and foils all in one process which saved alot of time , my hair looks great, the next day at work so many of my co workers complimented me on how great my color looked. I will be back.
I've been going to Michelle Gudz for many years. She has always made my hair look wonderful. I like knowing that if I ask her to give me something different, she can tell me honestly how we can modify change to fit me. Color is always perfect. Thank you Michelle for the many years of lovely work.
I called in for a spur of the moment color job and the only employee that was still there was the owner. I had never been to the salon and was not sure if she would take me as I was not a regular customer. Not only did she squeeze me in, she did an excellent job on my hair!!
I am so exited to hear Cache is now doing spray tans!! Now I can get my sunless tan close to home! I love Cache Salon and Spa!!
