About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We have stayed here multiple times because it’s the only place we’ve stayed with clean rooms, consistently stellar customer service, and a great continental breakfast for a very affordable price. We’ve stayed in the condos and fancy hotels on occasion, and those are fun, but we come back here every year. We like to get adjoining rooms for our group. The king room is very spacious with a sofa where we hang out and watch hallmark movies. The beds are comfortable, the linens, floors, and facilities are all clean, and the place smells clean without having a chemical smell, which is a big plus for me. The bedside tables have alarm clock, lamp, phone, and charging port with USB and 3-prong outlets. The wi-fi works great and the heater is audible but not noisy. The rooms have flat screen TVs, mini fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers, and the interior lighting is decent (something I usually find very lacking in motels). For breakfast we get assorted baked goodies, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, and make-your-own waffles. They of course provide coffee, milk, and juices, and have a guest computer with printer available. I just have to mention the customer service one last time: the people who work here are ALWAYS super friendly, sincere, and so helpful and accommodating.

This hotel or motel whatever is horrible! Me and my son walked here for over a mile to get there to see if it was worth checking out! Well- it wasn't! Not at all! There is a very steep hi to go down to the office! Scary! And the rooms were awful!- wasn't worth the trip! I'm glad I passed on that one! And got something way better! The green brier! Is better than that! And Windsor! Its the best- on the strip! So far! Go elsewhere! Avoid this one!

Don't be fooled by the pictures on Craigslist! OR-ON THEIR WEBSITE! and by the way-CRAIGSLIST IS FULL OF SCAMS ON THERE! THIS IS ONE OF THEM! It looks nice! on the outside! but- inside its- not what u think! its a mess! Don't believe the photos! Its nothing like that on the inside at all!!! And not worth the price! It should have been subsidized! The rooms are very old and outdated! The bathrooms are too small! And twice the toilets broke! in the same week! and had to change my room! and it still happened-again! This is far from luxury for less! like their fake advertising says it is! -not! this motel-is a dump! and the monthly rent there-is too expensive!! and-not even worth it! for 640.00 a month!! it's a joke! and KERRI THE SO-CALLED MANAGER!-is a liar and very unprofessional! she will tell u one thing by phone about the price-but when u get there-it's a different story! DON'T BELIEVE HER! and this motel- IS FILTHY and- DIRTY-EVERYDAY! IN THE HALLWAYS-AND IN HER OFFICE! IT'S- PATHETIC!-it needs to be shut down! SO BEWARE! STAY AWAY!-from this one!!!

Bed bugs are rampant here. If you just look next to the dumpsters on property they have thrown out at least 20 mattresses. My friend moved here from Kansas City and make the mistake of moving into the palms. Yes, they have new management and Lori is pleasant enough but unfortunately the owner of the motel does not provide the resources to her to make the hotel clean and suitable. My friend had to move rooms FOUR times because of bed bugs. Each and every time he had to wash and heat every item of clothing he has. After the fourth move he gave up and moved to another company all together. It was unfortunate because he had just paid rent. My friend asked for his money back and the manager asked the owner of the motel and he said no. Even though my friend had to go from room to room because the motel is just deteriorating he was offered no compensation or refund at all. It's really unfortunate that the city allows these type of businesses to even exist let alone right on the Branson strip. It is such an eye sore. Be careful if you stay here, check long and hard for bedbugs. I bet you'll find some. My poor friend looks like he has chicken pox he has so many big bites all over his body. Beware.

Had stayed here several years ago and it was a nice place. This year it was horrible!. Called ahead and asked about being wheelchair accessible was told rooms were. Had a 6 inch step that my electric wheelchair could not get over it. Had no ramp. I had to roll over to other side of building and go through breeze way to reach room. I had to be pushed into room. Sheets had burn hole in it. In no smoking room. Carpet was dirty. Had roachs. Will not return.

Crescent Court

Crescent Court is Cute Cottage type Motel within walking distance to the Landing. Priced at $45 a night and offer awesome week prices. Super Clean, some have Kitchens some with mini fridge and microwave. No frills, just your basic room. How much time do you really spend in your room anyways. With the price being so reasonable it gives you that extra money for shows, zip lines or fudge! Katie & Les are super friendly and more than happy to help you have a fun trip

The quality of customer service was great but the room was a mess. There were chocolate crumbs in the bed when we pulled the blankets back to go to bed and there was hair all over the bathroom.
