Dollar General Market

While shopping at the Dollar General Market in Branford, FL this past weekend, my children, 15 & 11, where looking at school supplies while I was in the isle over. The employee stocking in the school supply isle followed my children and stared at them while they were trying to find a blue ruler. Latter as we were getting ready to go to checkout the same employee was following us and right behind me everytime I turned to look at something or talk to my kids. Keep in mind my daughters have already pointed her out as being the woman who made them feel very uncomfortable while they were shopping. I said excuse me several times then finally asked if I was in her way, she said "NO!" Looked in my cart for several seconds then said " I want to know what your kid did with the ruler she had!" I looked at my daughter and then looked back at the employee and said, "I apologize, I believe she left it on a shelf in the isle over." She then looked my daughter up and down with a disgusted evil expression on her face and turned to walk away.
I said "excuse me ma'am, you do work here correct? You do get paid to do what you do?" This lady says to me "YEA!" I then told her to not ever look at my daughter like that again. She turned away laughing at me and my children!
I then asked to speak with a manager (Liz) and explained to her the situation. I told her that I understand that not putting items back were we got them is frustrating, and that i would speak to my daughter about this, I also expressed that I know that my daughter isn't the only person who has ever done this. She apologized..... however, we turned back to get something from the makeup isle and overheard this same manager (Liz) gossip to another employee how crazy and inconsiderate I was.
My immediate family, as well as my extended family shop at this location often, I myself probably spend anywhere from $50 to $100 each weekend at this location. I have to say that we will not be back. Again, I understand that it is frustrating to have to put merchandise back in it's correct place all over the store, however I do not believe that Dollar General hires people to stalk and harass minor children. This woman was not only rude to me, she made my children feel very awkward and unsafe in your store! I am not the type of person who makes complaints but must express my anger and outrage at the way this woman seemed to think it was perfectly normal to threateningly stare at a minor girl who is a customer of Dollar General, make her and her little sister feel unsafe, and be so rude to us all.
The cashier however, was very pleasant.
Very disappointed in the customer service at this store. The cashier specifically showed me the bags associated with my purchase that I carted and left with. I live 30 minutes away, but was passing through town. When I got home, several items were missing from my order. I called them to see if I could go to my local DG store, show my receipt and get the items there (upon verification) rather than drive back 30 minutes. They kept passing me to various employees to explain my story/suggestion all to claim "Scott" the manager who would have to approve and he will be out for several days. REally??? I will avoid this store at all cost. Very rude to a customer----especially when the mistake was their fault.
I went to this store to make a small purchase, but i go to this store all the time to buy my groceries and other needed items. But, sadly to say i will never be back at this location as long as i can help it. I will go to the next dollar store or even drive further if i have to. The entire staff was very rude and held up the checkout line for 10 minutes before opening up another lane. the lane that was being held up had 5 employees just standing around at the front. From what i saw they were just chatting. When another lane was finally opened, the lady at the checkout "Shanti" was extremely rude and answered the phone before checking my items out as if she was trying to take her time after she saw how long i waited and was in a little hurry. I never complain but this experience was really uncalled for and could have been completely avoided if any of the employees had any respect or good customer service. This company lost a valuable customer today.
