After being assisted in the completion of a major repair by Mark at Guardian Property Management I felt compelled to share my opinion. Mark was extraordinarily helpful in walking me through the process of getting the repair completed. My husband and I just wanted to share our positive experience.

POOR MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY won’t return emails or phone calls in most cases, does not respond to rapidly growing PARKING VIOLATIONS ON PROPERTY, must be more active... giving up on contacting, I’ll be contacting the town and fire marshal to voice my complaints since I was not taking seriously by this company
