I've used all the big named drug stores and none compare to Brandon Discount Drugs. Their fast, friendly and very convenient. Even if I have a prescription that hasn't been called in I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes even when they are packed I'm in and out in no time. Best pharmacy around and I'll never change to another.

We've ALWAYS had wonderful service from the staff at Polk's!! Friendly staff and very informative of all medications that we've ever had filled there. We've never waited longer than 10 minutes for our medications, no matter how many people were in there at the time! Wouldn't go anywhere else! WE LOVE POLK'S!!
This pharmacy staff goes above and beyond for my family. I would give 10 stars if possible.
for more than 13 years i have always had 5 star experience with Polk's. Either calling my prescriptions in or just carrying them in, i have never waited over 5 minutes or so.
I do not know where Sally and Conrad get their opinion from but their experience has never been mine. I have always felt welcome and that my order was important. I have never had to wait long to have my prescriptions filled. The employees at Polk's have always been friendly unlike Walmart where you are just a number. At Walmart it was hard to get a smile. At Walmart they never kept you informed if there was a problem with filling your prescription. I do not know how many times my wife or myself went in to pick up only to find out it wasn't ready, or had to wait wait 30 to 60 minutes for walk up fulfillment. At Polk's I've never waited more than 15 minutes, ever. Polk's is a locally owned store and they truly care about you and the community they operate in.
Everyone is so nice and helpful.I would not go anywhere else! Great service! They will go above and beyond to help you!
Polks drugs employees are rude and unprofessional I would not trust them with the meds I need to keep me alive they do not want you to ask any questions. They do not care about the customer
The pharmacy employees are not helpful at all. I have a discount card from the drug manufacturer that clearly states my perscription is only to be $18 yet the first month they charged me $65 and said they do mot accept the card. Called drug manufacturer and they were clearly upset and said they would call the pharmacy to straighten out the problem. Pharmacist apologized when I went back this month because of their mishandling of my perscription and assured me they would get it right this time. Unfortunately I would have to come in tomorrow as they didn't have the medicine at that time. Go in this morning and my perscription is $25 not $18. They told me it is what the computer says so it must be right, and it would be the same with or without my discount. I told them $18 is not the same as $25. They argued that it most certainly was. CVS what happened to solving problems? What happened to training employees to not increase an ailing customer's stress level through being competent enough to handle the transaction at hand and not assume the computer generated health insurance info is the transaction the customer is going to choose? Your pharmacy has let me down twice and cost me and additional $54. By the way that $54 is the cost of 3 month of my perscription. I will make sure the drug manufacturer understands you do not have a desire to value them or those they help.
Best pharmacy in this state. Mr Ryan is an awesome pharmacist who gets to know his patients/customers like family and treats them like his own family.. i give them 100 gold stars.....
Extremely rude in the pharmacy. They have the most unprofessional attitude towards the customers. The lack of communication is probably a good thing considering that when they do actually acknowledge you, or finally fill your prescription - they are extremely rude!
