Horrible service. No professionalism. The General manager tried to argue with me over a mistake that he made. He made me drive all the way back to his store in the pouring rain. He did not offer me a store credit or a remake. He just stared at me when I got there. I left a customer service review. I was told that I would be contacted within 3 business days and I was not!
Just got a pizza delivered from pizza hut spillway rd brandon ms . this is the worst pizza i have ever had . The crust is terrible-I ordered extra cheese -there was barely any at all-the whole pizza was just bad!!! -No more!
Horrible customer relations. Ordered a pizza with my Debt card, had problems with their computer and my card with not go through. Looked at my account on line and it had been charged three times. Called back to speak with the manager and he was rude and hung up on me. Will never deal with them again. Hope those charges are not real or I will be calling the owner.
I wish I could give this location no stars because my experience was really horrible! I say that because they have no respect for their customers at all and it's sad that management is included in their poor behavior. I was made fun of by two of their young employees because of my accent. I was repeatedly asked to repeat my name and the spelling from different people followed by laughs and no sign of it stopping until I showed my face in the building. I believe that in most professional businesses that this is not tolerated because it can be taken as a sign of discrimination and I did feel that to a certain degree. Not only did that happen but I was blatantly disrespected by one of the employees while the manger was present and she did not do anything to solve the problem! I just would like people to know that this location does not deserve to receive business from paying customers because they have no respect making fun of people.
I work at the airport so I am always ordering food, and it takes forever! Brandon MS and Pearl MS are not far, they need to hire more drivers if the excuse is true! I just want speedy service, which os the whole point of delivery! Especially when i get a specified break!
I ordered 16 bone-in hot wing. I was asked if bone out was ok. I agreed, but when it got here there was no chicken! Just crust with hot wing sauce on it. I called the driver back, after holding on the phone at the store forever. He assured me of a good order replacement. Called again. Still a promise of an order.Johnathan the driver brought me a whole new order! You need more like him!!
We ordered our food from this a Papa John's and after some mistakes, they made it right. We are super satisfied customers!It took more than 90 minutes to get our food. Once we got our food, one pizza was wrong, and the bread was cold. They told us we could have the correct stuff redelivered or get something free. We opted to go pick up the correct pizza and a free dessert they offered to us! They went above and beyond and even refunded our delivery fees since we had to drive up there to pick up I the correct order. We will be return customers after their efforts to correct the errors.
Why did y'all leave downtown Jackson? I loved the Cheeseburger pizza!!! It was sooo good. No way I can make it to your location and back to office on hour lunch break. I wish y'all were closer to downtown! I will have to come out one weekend.
Manager and cpunter person customer service skills are horrible. Have not always encounter that problem but one time is all it takes to lose a customer. 3/1/2015 around 5pm
My wife and I have eaten there 3 times (and that says a lot cause my wife is a tough critic) and we have enjoyed the food every time. It's good at what it does.
