You CLUB guys don't even deserve 1 star.People - If YOU really look for some genuine trainers/management, please do not visit this CLUB. Rommel, the store manager is absolute liar and the training director Justin is another big liar. They do a lot of false promises and make you do the sign ups with so many lies.SAVE YOURSELF, this is honest & genuine review.PLEASE DON'T ENCOURAGE THIS CLUB.I'm not any other CLUB owner or trainer. I was made to sign up the contracts and then once sing up done, they won't even care about you. When you try to reach them, they just say they are not available if you see them just hanging in their rooms, especially Rommel & Justin. When I got them over phone after several attempts, they say that my goals were not precisely understood by them when I did the sign up.LIES LIES LIES..All they say are LIES.

No customer service if a member has any issues. Everyone is willing to sell a membership but not willing to cancel membership. The Operation Manager, Personal Training manager and the sale Manager customer service is horrible! Will get lied to in front of your face! Managers won't be able to explain their own membership agreement. Just stay away from this place they will lie and rip you for your money and you won't even know it. How can you purchase personal training for a manager who's out of shape? How can you trust a sales manager when is untrustworthy and just looking for a sale, will lie about having special rate. Don't trust those forks just bad business!Just remember no contract just 12 months agreement. Isn't that a contract? Sales managers will use special verbiage seem like you're getting a great deal but you're not! Do your research before walking in into La fitness and those sales reps won't stop calling you either and text message.
12/7/2015 The floor of the gym and the yoga mats are always dirty. The staff and trainers just stand around looking puffed up, sour-faced and lazy, trying to make some loser buy their overpriced personal training sessions. What a joke! The receptionists need to improve their people skills greatly. Employ some intelligent adults who can smile! This gym is a total turnoff. Little wonder it is always empty.
I have been a member of a lot of health clubs over the years. This club is an ok club as far as the amount of equipment that they have. I went in to cancel my member ship last week and the girl at the counter was rude and asked me if I was going to be working out somewhere at least. I told her I was even though it really has nothing to do with why I was cancelling. Then she informed me they were going to have to charge me 10 dollars to cancel. Why is it my daughter cancelled and did not have to pay anything? So I asked to speak to the manager. He was out. Shocker. So they sent over a young man who I think was a trainer to tell me " No , there is nothing I can do. It is the policy." When I joined this gym everyone was so friendly. They said hello when you arrived and bye when you left. Now you are lucky to even get one of the young people to look at you. I would not recommend joining this gym. Spend a few dollars more and go to Crunch for a larger and better supplied gym.
Gretchen is a fraud!! She does not have a single national certification. Just BC you were into weightlifting in the 70s does NOt make you knowledgeable in personal training. She also does not carry insurance which every legit trainer will. Ask for her national certification and insurance. She won't have either. Her ability to train and produce results shows from her unknowing clients who pay her and leave with little yo no results. If you're going to hire a personal trainer ask for their certifications and insurance. Don't waste your hard earned money on an old washed up uneducated wanna be.
The variety of classes fit into my busy schedule. The instructors are motivating and personal. When you leave you feel the workout and the reward to your body and mind. It is very pleasant and inviting to be greeted by the friendly team at the front desk. I would recommend all to this gym.
