Worst customer service store ..long wait times ..inefficient reps they have no clue about their work .i had ordered phone online and setup pick in the store with online appointment even than they made me wait for almost one and half hour upon asking kept telling to wait ..very rude reps and service suck
Please change the telephone number of this metropcs location! It is NOT their number. It belongs to Cold Stone Creamery and we don't have time to answer all the wrong number calls that inundate us on a daily basis. We have our own customers that need our attention. Thank you.
My experience at the Causeway Blvd store was excellent from beginning to end. I was assisted by Jessica over the phone and in person. She was extremely helpful. I was interested in the IPad Air and was dealing with buyer's anxiety. So I had lots of questions. Over the phone, Jessica was very patient and polite. She answered my questions and provided additional information to help me with my decisions. In the store, she provided great consultation - determined my use for the IPad and helped me to decide how much memory would be applicable and then which service plans would benefit me the most. The entire process was very comfortable and I walked out of the store well-informed and happy with my purchase. I would like to add that I was acknowledged by another store representative when Jessica stepped away to grab the IPad. He was equally friendly and expressed favorable remarks about his co-workers professionalism. Great service and teamwork. I highly recommend this store as it is currently staffed.
