Ok. vehicles look good BUT check them out before OUR sun roof does not work...Oversight on purchase..Sold AS/IS. They did not contact my son as promised when TAG came in.Would do business with them again with a little more 'caveat-emptor' .
Had a terrible “buying” experience here. Buying is in quotes because they ended up convincing me to lease instead through flat out lies and half truths (such as pushing a fantastic leasing rebate several times only to find out later it was for a specific term length and the leasing person chose another term lease without telling me it didn’t qualify for the $5500 rebate she kept mentioning, and telling me flat out that there is NO termination fee, that Kia doesn’t have that and I just hand the keys back in – later found a “disposition fee” and was told well no, there isn’t a fee… DOT DOT DOT… IF you buy another Kia, that should have been part of her initial answer). I’ve given feedback and NEVER been contacted, they don’t seem to care at all that I was unhappy with the experience and felt deceived.Now less than a month later my door handle is broken – pulls too far out and jams in that position so my driver door won’t open. Called TWO WEEKS ago and let them know about the problem but they insisted I bring it in to look at before they order the part (how many parts could it be with such a specific problem) so my fiancé took it in (so they could have been very pleasant to deal with, I’m not sure) and of course they don’t have the part so have to order it. Was due in in five days. On day 6 after no word we call to find out it’s on back order and they don’t know when it will be in. It’s been almost two weeks now. The guy also said when he took it in they’ve seen a few of these and think there may be a recall for this issue on this car – if you knew that in advance why make us waste our time taking the car in when you know you don’t have the part?! So I still have a messed up brand new car, waiting on them to get around to fix it, definitely what you want a month into having a brand new car, and especially when you didn’t care for their customer service to begin with. Not impressed by Brandon Kia – at all. Would not recommend it.
I just had work done on my Rondo's AC, the service agent Ashley was wonderful. I am a little disappointed in the results of the work done. The air is cool but not really cold.

I'm giving this 5 star rating to both the sales and service management team. I purchased a new 2015 Dodge ram 1500 crew cab. There were some factory paint issues discovered that in many cases I would think would turn into a nightmare for a customer normally. Many thanks to Robert, Trent, Keith, Thomas and Brandon (finance) who all were involved in the situation and who ultimately help me find a satisfactory resolution. Five star service is a rarity these days but these guys get the high marks for making it a great customer experience through a frustrating one nonetheless. The integrity of everyone involved was impeccable and for these reasons they get this 5- star rating thank you! Not everything in life or business goes right but how you handle it when something goes wrong tells a lot about the company and for this reason as well the management team gets a five star rating. I've seen plenty of companies do the wrong thing when something goes wrong and I am super grateful that this was not one of those experiences!
I was very pleased with jay, my sales rep and entire staff. my credit now is on the bad side because of some late payments and of course other dealerships running hard inquiries on me. Basically others simply said no and did not even make any effort. But q auto they had good vehicles and were willing to work with you even if u have bad credit. Jay worked with me, even pulling up several cars that would be a potential for me and showing me around the cars....they stayed late just for me past dealership time to get me into a good car for a good payment...so I really appreciated that they took extra effort....like I told dealers before..life sometimes knock u down...and its the ppl who help u wen ur down the most r the ones worth keeping around....credit score will go up anytime but at that point I can pick and chose any brands and dealership but because they worked with me ill always be looking to do business with them first..no doubt....and since the guys dont work on commission they r that much more relaxed too..
Avoid purchasing a car from here. Please take my advice. The salesman will sweet talk you into buying anything. You are better off getting a lower rate at a real dealership on adamo or tampa instead of a whopping 22% apr rate. Save yourself the headache and money.
they are a great dealership no pressure what so ever so if u are looking for a used car qauto is the best place to go
