Had breakfast on October 10, 2009 and was greeted by the hostess who was maybe 16 years old was told it would be 30 min. (no problem Saturday morning) during the wait 6 tables were open but hostess wouldn't sit the tables because they were for 4 or more.
Even the busboy ask her to seat the tables and she said she wasn't getting in trouble. So, within 5 minutes the busboy was seating the tables and said he would take the heat. WOW but at least someone had some customer service sense to them! Thanks
After about another 10 min. my party of two was sat at the bar where we waited another 10 minutes without anyone stopping by??? Finally the busboy walks by and I asked who the server was and he told me and he asked could he get our drinks! Thanks again.
After another 10 minutes and our server still hadn't stopped by our table guess who came over to take our order? That's right the busboy! Woohoo almost breakfast time now!
Finally breakfast comes and we get to meet our server and thankful enough other servers were helping out refilling coffee! Not once did we see her again until I got the check. No surprise though.
So, as I looked around the restaurant I could see that the owners of this restaurant have allowed kids to run probably one of their busiest days and it was ran just like that! Kids.
You would think if you are going to put your name on the menu and name food after your family members then you would think you would take a little pride in the product you are serving. But not this bunch.
Save yourself a lot of wait and disappointment and go someplace else for breakfast! I sure will...

Went here as referred by a friend to celebrate a special occasion. (new location on Lithia) We waited over 45 minutes to get in du to the size of our party. The service was non-existent once we did finally sit down- never knew who was the server or who to try and flag down when there was a proble. Half our food was not cooked properly, some of the food had burnt pieces from others that was left on the grill and in all most of the food was cold or not cooked thoroughly - they even forgot one of our meals and had to bring it out after the rest. Overly expensive for how much food we did actually receive and were able to eat (Lack of due to the quality of it) Overall, a very long wait time to get in only to be very disappointed with the overall experience. When checking out- cashier was not attentive and did not care about my comments on how our experience was-then when I contacted restaurant by phone a few minutes after I left, I had to leave my left my name and number for management to call me back to discuss since they don't address customers until after the close of business....guess what- the management never responded. I finally called in a day later first thing in the morning and talked with manager and still no real acknowledgement or empathy for my situation. Who cares about us paying over $60.00 for food we could not eat-was offered to have me drive back 20 miles to have one item reimbursed- guess you know my answer- I politely decline. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and suggest manager learns how to talk with customers- some customer service skills would help. I eat out 5 days a week due to my work schedule and thought this would be a new place to frequent....but I was very wrong.

The atmosphere is not a rushed one - but a slower-paced brunch feel. The food is worthy of any gourmet breakfast restaurant, but no pretenses here. You feel like one of the family, and any waiting lines that are there exist because the food and service are more than worth the short wait.
