Ok. vehicles look good BUT check them out before OUR sun roof does not work...Oversight on purchase..Sold AS/IS. They did not contact my son as promised when TAG came in.Would do business with them again with a little more 'caveat-emptor' .
Just about anytime of the day when I drive by this place they have no business, the bay is empty and no cars in the lot.I stopped in to inquire about some work on my car and the owner said boisterously I get paid $109.00 an hour! which is more than anyone else is asking, I don't recommend this place they didn't get my over priced business don`t let them get you.
In 2016, my ac broke. I took it to Bob and Lynn at Tuffy Motors. I had been addresed and my vehicle driven into the shop, but then was told to wait, so they could check on my vehicle. During my wait, their daughter had an auto accident. Lynn got on the phone with their auto insurance company. The daughter arrived to the shop. I had to wait hours, for these people to tend their dirty laundry, dramatically.My ac would be done under my vehicle warranty. I would hear from them, as soon as they heard from my warranty people. I took it in on a Wednesday. Friday, I tried calling. They wouldnt answer the phone and they wouldnt return my messages. Saturday, same thing. Monday morning, same thing. I called my warranty people. My warranty people said they were waiting to hear back from Tuffy - Lynn, and they had left Tuffy - Lynn - a message on Friday. Tuesday, I heard nothing.Wednesday morning, a week after I took my vehicle to them, I got my Mom to give me a ride up there. They said my ac was fixed and vehicle ready to go. I got into my vehicle, drove off the parking lot, got up to the red light, just up a bit, made a U turn, came back to the shop. There was a noise that was not supposed to be. It was a scrubbing, humming noise.I stepped into the shop and I was being very timid because I am not comfortable with having to inform someone that something is wrong with the job they did. I very meekly said, there was an odd noise under my hood and I described the noise. Bob stood up, real fast and jerky with his body motions, and while making a smart aleck smirk on his face and with a crappy tone, he said, there wasnt any noise when I got finished with it, and he walked out.Lynn told me to come on, let's get in my vehicle and let her ride with me to hear it. She heard it. She said it was probably just because of the new ac system and needed time to work itself out. The noise continued on and I was waiting for it to work itself out. I had to go to the store. I got in my vehicle and the sound roared extremely loud, scaring me to death. I was a block from my house. I came back to my house.My husband got home from work and looked under the hood. He found that Bob did not secure the cover they had to pull open, in order to get to my ac, and it was flopping around and rubbing, hitting whatever was in its way, under my hood. And we found they had broken my dip stick tube, which was obvious it was done when they plopped the cover over to that side, in order to work on my ac.I called and nicely told Lynn what we found. She immediately jumped on the defense. Her husband wouldnt do any such thing, she screeched. I told her, well it was done and by him. Nobody else has been under my hood. She got loud and ugly, in defense of Bob. I got loud, because she made me mad. She wouldnt shut up. She wouldnt listen to anything. She blared out, in defense of Bob, on and on and on about how he knows what he is doing and this, that and the other. I told her what to do with herself and hung up.A couple of months later, my ac broke. My warranty people insisted I had to go back to Tuffy. I refused to go back there. I cancelled my warranty policy, because I am not paying for any warranty company to force me to deal with any such trash as Bob and Lynn. I went to another shop to get my ac fixed and a new dip stick tube put in, and out of my pocket.The shop, who fixed the broken ac, that Bob installed, found that the ac had been installed improperly and that is why it broke. I could just see me trying to tell Lynn that her husband didnt install my ac properly and it broke and he broke my dip stick tube and did not secure the cover, all at the same time. Yeah right!If you deal with these people, Bob and Lynn at Tuffy Motors, you better hope they dont make any mistakes because they will never admit any mistake on their part and they will get very ugly when you have to even tell them they messed something up and/or broke something.

I was about 250 miles from home and my truck broke down, I called my roadside assistance and they couldn't help. After about 3 hours I called him and he showed up immediately! True professional, showed up in a suit and tie! He got his tools out and put on a jump suit and got to work. Within 20 mins I was on my way again. If I'm ever stranded in the area again I will call him for sure. FYI he likes those chilled coffee mocha drinks ����
My brand new car was rear ended and I took it into Manny @ Brandon Repair becuase I know they have been in business a long time. I trusted the repair would be fine, but I was worried about color matching the paint since it is a unique color of red. I am thrilled that they got it so perfect you would have no idea anything happened. Service was fast and firendly and I feel like being a small shop they care about every customer here. I think the bad reviews must have this place confused with another. This place is known for good service and doesn't have to advertise because of the good word of mouth they get locally.
stay away from this terrible dishonest place,i went to there for tie balance , after waiting over 2 hours for them to balance tie, I was told by a front desk guy that all of my 4 tires are bad , they will replace 4 tires for over $597.this crook was trying to rip me off.I walked away, went to another auto repair shop, had a honest mechanic checked my tires, he told me only two front need to be replaced, i paid $145 dollar to get two brand new ties. do not waste your money in this sears auto center, they are dishonest, overpriced, a dark hair front desk woman is nasty, she told me they will charge $125 for only check AC status without recharge AC.what a Bxxxh! there are some other cheaper good auto repair shops in town.this is defiantly not a auto repair shop you can trust.
Avoid purchasing a car from here. Please take my advice. The salesman will sweet talk you into buying anything. You are better off getting a lower rate at a real dealership on adamo or tampa instead of a whopping 22% apr rate. Save yourself the headache and money.
I took a cylinder head to get new gaskets replaced and to have the valves seated. Went there the next day and nothing had been done to the cylinder head. They charged me $135. When I called them they said not to worry and install it like that cause it was fixed and that the leaky valves will be ok. I know mechanics so I was curious so I removed a valve to notice that the gaskets weren't replaced and they were all torn apart. So I went there and showed Lynn and Bob and they insisted it would work fine. I told Bob why weren't my gaskets replaced with the one I gave him, he stated he forgot them and had extras in his tool box. What a lie, he did nothing. His wife is like a raged pit-bull and he is a thieve. If it was someone else that didn't know, they would've had issues after the install. Beware, I won't recommend my worst enemy to this place. I could only imagine how many other people the steal from. Damn crooks!!!!!!!!!
