I am a frequent customer and order delivery when I want pizza since they are the only ones that deliver to me. I have used my points in the past to place orders and it's really nice to get free pizza here and there for spending so much money on previous orders. However, I go on today to use some points and am haulted with an error pop up telling me I have to place an order in the amount of $8 before I can actually place it. I may be getting the pizza for free, but I'm still responsible for the tax and paying the delivery guy, which is totally fine. I go on chat and ask someone what the deal is since this hasn't been a requirement before only for that guy to tell me it's something the owner of that particular store has put into place. This must have been a very recent event since I'm a frequent customer and order all the time without this issue. I don't feel like I should be forced to spend extra money when I've earned the points spending a whole lot more prior to that. This seems highly unfair and a little dumb to be honest. Not sure I'll be ordering here anymore since I can't even use my points to have pizza delivered to me that I have earned and will be paying taxes and delivery for anyway.
