Walked in while 1 barber was cutting hair. No other customers were waiting. The barber said hello to me. I sat down and waited 20 minutes while he cut hair on this one customer. 2 others customers walked in and sat down. The barber finished with the customer he was cutting. He came out to the waiting room and asked me if I had an appointment. I said no and he stated maybe he could fit me in today. Just curious why he did not ask me when I first walked in. He also seemed unsure and slow cutting hair.
Horrible. Horrible service. I ordered a grilled chicken teriyaki plate less than a month ago for $11.00 and today I am charged $15. I asked the guy who picked up when did the prices change and he responds "I don't know" in such a flippant tone that it made me assume he is pre-charging me tip or charging me more because I am paying with a CC. Otherwise, why the hostility and snippy tone? This is where I feel as though he started it, just saying. So I ask, "Well, who would know?" and he responds "Look, do you want the order or not?" I reply, "Yes but that has nothing to do with the question I asked you so who would know when they changed?" "The owner." "And, who is that?" "Steve." "How can I contact Steve?"Here, he actually yells "I don't know! Do you want the order or not?""You work there but you don't know how to contact the owner?"He is still yelling at this point. "I am Steve! Do you want the order or not? I don't care!" "I already said I wanted to order but, again this has nothing - ""Here is what I am going to do. I am canceling your order. I don't even care!" and hung up on me. Now, trust me, if I was being snippy or rude FIRST, I wouldn't have posted a review because customers aren't always right but he didn't need to be like that. Steve, the supposed owner, is a completely miserable person who shouldn't answer the phone, ever. I read other reviews, after the fact of course, and the summaries is the same "good food but expensive and terrible customer service." I like their food but pizza joints are a dime a dozen around here. No one should get rewarded with hard earned money when they treat customers this way. I will never order from them again and I am well on my way to making sure no one orders from there from my office, either.
Always friendly and fast delivery,my go to for lunch on a short time frame ! Love their pizza but they also have salads and sandwiches.
Sherri, the owner, does a fabulous job, but the whole experience is lovely. I feel pampered and she listens. Nice environment, easy to get to, and always on time. Great place. Go!

Love Papa Ginos & it's my personal Favorite for fast food pizzas!! This restaurant tends to be slow for your food order, but i have always found it worth it.
Stopped into John Dellaria Salon at the South Shore Plaza for a quick "blow dry", as the sign out front advertised a $25.00 special. Got it all done in 15 minutes, and the cashier asked for $40.00. I pointed to the sign, but she said, "oh, that's only certain stylists". FALSE ADVERTIZING!!
I went in for Keratin treatment last week. I have had many Keratin treatments done and always thought it was ok and as good as it was going to get. I went to this salon and I am absolutely amazed by how well this Keratin took to my hair. I purchased a coupon on groupon to go in (cant beat $140), Dennis did my keratin he is the nicest guy very easy going and the owner of salon. I would and am recommending everyone go see him for Keratin.
