I have been a Cricket customer for three years or so, and have been very satisfied with the service overall. But...not all Cricket employees are up to the standards of this location. I was immensely impressed by the courtesy, professionalism and extra-mile-going of Daisy, the store manager, when I stopped in to have my phone upgraded today. I am a nitwit when it comes to cell phones, and Daisy never once made me feel like one! (Yes, even at Cricket, I have been the subject of a few eye rolls or lip curls, or I-don't-want-to-deal-with -this-old-lady attitudes) Also, the store was quite busy, and Daisy was working alone, and she multi-tasked like an octopus with superior people skills. It is simply so refreshing to engage in a business transaction with someone who brings their best to the moment. If anyone at Corporate is paying attention, Daisy is the kind of employee you want training your newbies. (I am not going to tattle as to location, but two days ago I stopped by another Cricket store, and was met with such vacuous inattention that I nearly went next door to Metro) So! I will be staying with Cricket, and recommending it, thanks to Daisy.
So last week went in to replace a phone to the new location in paradise bay. Same people. Same problems, no knowledge on products act like your bothering them instead of providing customer service. Had a rep there walk out of the store and not finish our transaction because a joke was made that the employees there did not know the name of the plaza their new store is in. I found that to be funny. She also got offended when I asked her to try to explain better what she was trying to tell me about the new lease program. I have been trying to call to speak with the manager to complain but manager never seems to be available. Note: The handwritten note on the door of the old store had the new location address on it and the new plaza name on it so.... Now see why it's funny and proves laziness and disinterest by the employees. Sprint needs to clean house and start over with this store! Ps: keep Amanda the rest of the employees all go to her to help everyone they wait on!!!!!
my experience was just fantastic here. The girls who was there helped me out so much on choosing a great phone. I love my HTC.
There are three guys that I encountered there . They are extremely slow, and actually argued with each other . The blond haired guy has a smart mouth and a bad attitude . We went back and forth over a contract versus no contract . When I called in to see if my preordered iPhone 6 plus was available , he got smart over the phone saying that we were told that we were just Guaranteed a phone, and not that we would be able to get it on the day their available . Whilst persons who did not preorder , are able to pick up their phones at this very moment . At anyrate , they didn't even offer me a paper receipt , as if I'm dumb enough to leave without one . All in all terrible experience .
