Wonderful experience with this business. The repairman came the same day that we called and at the time they scheduled. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about appliances, and he diagnosed the problems with our washer very quickly. The most wonderful thing was how very honest he was. Instead of fixing one of the problems which would have made it work for a few months, he let us know that another problem with the bearings would eventually develop, and he let us know that we were better off buying a new one. So even though it is his family's company, he gave us the best advice he could and the service call was much more reasonable than other companies in the area. We are very impressed with the way this business is run.

They do not stand by their work/word!Said they fixed SamsungDryer under warranty but 3 loads later same problem occurred. Wouldn't come back without CC and permission to charge whatever they wanted.
I am conflicted writing this review. Cone Appliance Repair fixed our Samsung washing machine about three weeks ago. Louis did a great job. Another problem developed with the same washing machine. Samsung said Cone had been assigned. I called Cone today and spoke with Frank, who said he was the office manager. He said that Cone would not come out to do the repair because they had already been here for the same machine. I told him that a different problem had developed; that three weeks ago the washer would not spin, but that now it was leaking. He said it didn't matter, Samsung would have to re-assign the repair and told me to again call Samsung. As frustrating as that was, Frank's attitude was twice as bad. His flippant, "your problem, not mine", "I could care less" attitude was almost more than I could bear. I asked Frank to have the owner call me, but have not yet hear from him.
Had a $12.00 belt replaced in My dryer October of 2016. Charged me $116.00. Jason the technician did not put parts or labor cost on invoice. It started making noise again and now he says I need an "idler" replaced . At a cost of $130.00. I ran him off. These people are criminals. Avoid them at all cost.
Misdiagnosed our dishwasher, then failed to ever return to install the parts. do not use this guy!!!
