Razor Carts started very small and was originally called Razor Motorsports since we began selling scooters right after the economy got ugly and gas prices shot up. It didn't take long before we satisfied the need in everyone from our small community who desired to own a scooter. We new we had to reorganize the business plan, so on a wim we decided to buy a couple used golf carts, fix them up, and resell them. We quickly discovered that there was a demand for golf carts among regular consumers outside the golfing community. These consumers wanted them for all sorts of reasons such as hunting, camping, trails, yard maintenance, riding kids or grandkids around, for just plain fun! Furthermore, people didn't want to or could not afford to pay the price for brand new carts. We found that we could take a previously owned cart in good condition, refurbish it, add accessories to satisfy any buyer, and create a pretty awesome ride at a pretty reasonable cost! Customers can change the body colors, add lift kits, high profile wheels and tires, add new upholstery, and even order lights and turn signals so they could drive their new wheels around their communities. Over the past few years,we've went from a very tiny shop to a full blown warehouse where we now have two service stations and lots of acreage to stock and display hundreds of carts to keep up with demand.
