Monday morning December 9, 2016. I went to this store with a friend, intending to purchase two phones and a couple of car chargers. The two gentlemen (if I can call them that) behind the registers were busy, one with a customer who spoke limited English and one with a customer setting up a new account. We had no problem waiting, except that neither employee bothered even looking up to acknowledge us. Let alone saying "Be with you as soon as I can." We waited ten minutes by my clock, wandering around looking at things, hoping to at least be greeted. No such luck. When the employee working with the person whose English was limited finished, the other employee asked him to come over and look at something on the computer. Neither still acknowledged our presence. Instead, the one who'd been called over spent his time fixing whatever was wrong with what had been entered, while the other just stood there. Didn't ask us if we needed help with something. Didn't look at either of us. Just ignored both of us.Another eight minutes went by. My friend finally went up to the employee who was just standing there and said politely "Excuse me. We just need some quick information about a car charger." The employee finally looked at her and said "Be with you as soon as I can." Now we're at twenty minutes, and a phone call comes in. The employee who'd said "Be with you as soon..." hands the phone to the other employee. Instead of telling the caller "Sorry, I have customers waiting, I'll be with you as soon as possible", he took the call!We gave it another five minutes, by the clock, then left. 25 completely wasted minutes of being ignored by people who supposedly are in business to take our money. We went to another Verizon dealer and spent our two thousand dollars there. We were left wondering whether, if we'd been men in business suits, we would at least have been acknowledged.This is a case of either ridiculously poor training, or ridiculously rude people.
I had an excellent experience with this store. I was treated respectfully and efficiently. While they didn't have my particular item in stock, they were quick to meet my need yet that very day. They called and kept me updated on the arrival time of the part. The cost was less than what my carrier had quoted. I will definitely take my equipment there again if need be.
They went out of their way to get my son's contacts from his galaxy 5 to his iPhone 6 which is not an easy task as I found out. I would recommend everybody to go there for any needs
The staff are great. Jacob the manager is hugely knowledgeable about the devices and the networks. I have an old Blackberry :( that is on the blink and he's fixed it twice, quickly and meticulously. My husband and I plan to switch to one of their networks at a pretty huge price differential from our account with one of the major networks, and buy a refurbished Iphone from them over the next month.
Wasn't sure about having my Samsung phone repaired but these guys put all my worries at bay and for a great price ! Staff were courteous and professional...Bringing my iPad back next week...thanks again !
I brought in my Galaxy s3 to get fixed about a week ago. It was overheating and having some issues, so I took it to Switch Wireless under a good recommendation from a friend. They were quick and friendly, and now my phone works perfectly! Thank you, guys! You're awesome!
In town for the week. Dropped off iPad for new screen SORRY MOM. Anyway, they called me an hour before they said it was supposed to be ready. Good as new.

Fantastic. We have used these guys twice now and recommended to friends. Always pleasant, fast, and they fix the phone to be like new. And Will -- he's excellent- he even came in on his day off to make sure I was good to go.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had a problem with my iPad 2 that flummoxed me for over a week.I took it in and basically was out of there in five minutes with a fixed iPad.Thank you so much switch wireless. Awesome!
