We bought our mattresses the third week in February of last year.My 92 year old Mother fell and broke her hip and we had to leave to go to her assistance. Our mattresses were delivered when we were not at our second home. My Mother died the third week in March. We did not get back to our second home until sometime in June.We slept on the mattresses for the first time and did not like the Comfortaire Split Top mattress, $6000 plus tax, as we could not get them firm enough. We called the owner and he said his policy is max 120 days. I explained the circumstances, why we had not had an opportunity to sleep on the mattresses, and he said he stood by his policy with no exceptions". I called Comfortaire and they said it was up to the individual store.I called back and he said he could not take them back because we slept on them. But he has a 120 day policy that he would take back any mattress!I told him I simply wanted to trade for another mattress, not get my money back. Even pay more if there was an up charge for the mattress we chose. He hung up on me. You decide whether or not you want to do business with someone like this.
