It is always a pleasure to deal with my Service Adviser, Eric Wiehl. Cox Chevrolet always provides the best customer service and if there has ever been an issue, they always work on it to resolve it the best way possible.
Horrible "dealership"!!! Cars don't turn on from dead batteries, terrible selection, and the owner is apparently a racist who didn't care to offer assistance until asked for it and instead just threw the keys at a customer (with cash money) to turn it on. Highly unprofessional and insulting environment!!!
Bought a couple of cars from 411 Auto Sales Inc. I love dealing with Pablo the owner. He is a true family man. He really makes you feel at home and you can save a lot of many since he is a 1 man operation. He really cares about picking the right vehicle and taking care of his customers the best he can.
The guys at SRQ Auto are very professional and go out of their way to help get you into a great car. I would highly recommend them.
Called about a car and the price. I told them I only had so much to work with and the said no problem> I drove 1 1/2 hours. When I got there they said we cant do anything for you> Thanks for wasting my time, gas and money
Imagine your worst experience in with a car repair shop and then x 10. They screwed up a repair and then refused to give me my keys unless I paid for the parts they mistakenly used on my truck. No joke. I had to call the police so that they would have them hand over the keys.
This is by far the worst business I have ever encountered and I'm not young so I've done business with many businesses. This guy left me absolutely stunned by his disrespectful, rude and unbelievably lack of common courtesy. He flat out said that I seemed like a bother and he didn't need my business. Please do not give people like this your business - they don't deserve it - especially since there are so many hard working nice business owners out there
I Haven't bought a truck yet, but I will within next two weeks. The people were very professional and the selection was very good. I will purchase from them as the vehicles are certified and come with a warranty.J
Don't be wowed by the oversized man cave. These guys sold us a car that needed minimal but important work. They cleaned it up nice and shiny but didn't do maintenance. The check engine light came on, the brakes were shot and a few more things. The teeter on the line between good business ethics and a claim selling used cars "as is." The guys are greased up with hair gel and strong cologne and sit in these ridiculous offices with not much to do. Any woman working their has the Tatas hanging out...it's a weird creepy vibe. I recommend just skipping this place and going to a more honest and less man cave feel establishment. The business is shady and the mechanical work we had done or they said we had done...was bs. We took the our car to our own mechanic after we paid their mechanics on problems that came up just 2 weeks after purchase. we ended up getting the same work done twice in a month-but the second time the work was actually done because we went somewhere else. Shady place
Jake was very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience, will definitely come back.
